Another evening after a long day when I needed to unwind... So I was escorted to a place called

Mint - LI

1 Ring Road West
Garden City, NY 11530

They have two locations. I had the opportunity to experience the great atmosphere of the Garden City location. The drinks are well made. However the food & the service could be a little better in my opinion. The setting is really cozy & welcoming. I'd recommend this place if drinks are on the agenda & you want something out of the ordinary & chic. But eat before you come if Indian cuisine isn't on your list of food you like to eat. Their house salad is made up of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers, & endives but lacks the presence of lettuce. Their crab cakes are made with imitation crab meat & lack a little bit of much needed flavor. Their mild buffalo wings are just that: MILD! I've had better at Stop & Shop (the 24 hour mini-mart on Hempstead Turnpike next to Las Vegas bar & lounge).  But take a stab at it, you may enjoy the food more than I did. Until next time... Hello ladies & gents... Happy Sunday! Hope every one's weekend was splendid! The weather was nice & if you were lucky you were able to be around some friends and family. Today I spent my day helping out my mom the Creative Designer of Ibia's Kreations. We attended a jewelry and accessories party sponsored by Alvita Mack & friends. The following pictures show all the goodies & the layout & a few of the guest! The event was a great success... Ciao babies ;o)
